But in the midst of a pandemic, it becomes even more important to embrace the things that matter most. So if there’s one thing we want you to take away from your experience with us, it’s YES. Yes, we’re safe. Yes, we’re convenient. And, yes, we offer flexible payment options to adapt to your needs. It’s all part of our mission to provide quality dental care while showing you that, yes, we care. We really do.

Safe? Yes!

Ensuring the well-being of our patients and team is more crucial than ever these days. While we have always followed standard protocols issued by the state dental board and American Dental Association to help protect our patients and team members from communicable diseases like the coronavirus, we implemented several extra precautions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Personal Protective Equipment

  • All clinical team members wear:
    • N95 or KN95 masks, or Level 3 surgical masks with face shields
    • Eyewear with side shields
    • Gown or lab jacket 
  • All non-clinical team members wear reusable or surgical masks.
  • We provide all patients with protective eyewear.

Social Distancing

  • When feasible, we will ask patients to wait in their car as opposed to entering the welcome area. 
  • We’ve decreased the number of chairs in our welcome area to ensure there is adequate space between patients.
  • We’ve limited visitors to patients and, if necessary, one parent, guardian or translator.
  • Team members maintain a 6-foot distance from each other.


  • We ask the following screening questions prior to every appointment:
    • Have you been sick in the past 2 weeks? 
    • Have you had close contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 or experiencing symptoms?
  • We conduct frequent temperature checks: 
    • All patients’ temperatures are taken upon arrival.
    • All team members’ temperatures are taken daily.
  • Sick team members remain at home.

Sterilization and Disinfection

  • All team members frequently wash their hands. 
  • We’ve removed all food items, magazines, books, toys and other clutter from common and clinical areas.
  • We frequently disinfect countertops, doorknobs, tables, chairs and other common surfaces.

While we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety, we also ask for your cooperation in keeping our practices safe. If you have a fever or are experiencing any symptoms of a communicable disease or have had contact with someone who has, please reschedule your appointment. If you are visiting a practice in Kentucky, please also note that state guidelines now require anyone in a healthcare setting to wear a mask or face covering. If you have an upcoming appointment, please bring your own mask. This can be a scarf, bandanna or other covering.

Discount Dental Plan

No dental insurance? No problem! We also offer a discount dental plan that is affordable and hassle free. A membership provides routine services at no additional cost, with generous discounts on a variety of treatments. Annual plans start as low as $269! Ask for more details at your next visit.

Payment Plans

If you’d prefer, financing options are available for those who qualify. Please check with your practice to learn more.
